Guacomole

Ingredients

    5 Peeled Avocadoes

   3 ripe medium tomatoes, peeled

   3 Mexican Limes or Lemons

   1 teaspoon diced onion

   Garlic, Salt, and Pepper to Taste

Mash avocadoes and tomatoes together with fork. Squeeze lime juice over mixture; add onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix.

Note: Fresh cilantro (coriander) may be added, to taste. Tear the leaves from the stalk and crush them slightly when adding cilantro.

Webmaster's Notes

 1) I Pureed the avocadoes with spices and Lime Juice with equally good results.

2) If you are tempted to add Jalapeno, do so sparingly.

3) An alternative to cilantro, if you can find it, is papalo (or papaloquilite, a strongly lemon scented herb that resembles Basil).
