The Procession into the Cathedral for the Consecration of St. Seraphim of Sarov in Dallas, April 21, 2001 |
The Priest serves as the Archbishop's "extension" - his arms and hands and heart - serving on his behalf, on behalf of Christ Himself, here in the Valley. The Cathedral in Dallas is OUR Cathedral - the cathedral of our own Bishop, and it, in a very real sense, "belongs" and functions on behalf of us all.
